These Terms of Use govern your use of the website greeceathenstours.com and any bookings made through it. By using this website or making a booking with Greece Athens Tours, you agree to the following terms.

Greece Athens Tours is a private tour operator based in Athens, Greece. We organise private and group tours in Athens and mainland Greece, including transfers, day trips, and multi-day tours.

2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Greece Athens Tours by email. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour. Payment details will be communicated at the time of reservation.
By completing a booking(also check FAQ), you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all participants in your group.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Our full cancellation policy is available on our dedicated Cancellation Policy page. In summary:
– Day tours and transfers: full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before departure
– Multi-day tours: full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before departure
– Cancellations within these periods are non-refundable
– No-shows are non-refundable
In the event that Greece Athens Tours cancels a tour due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy page for full details.
4. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change the date or time of a confirmed booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes.
5. Conduct & Responsibilities
Participants are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to guides, drivers, other guests, and the sites visited. Greece Athens Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Participants are responsible for arriving at the agreed pick-up point on time. Greece Athens Tours cannot be held responsible for missed tours due to late arrival.
Participants should ensure they are physically able to participate in the tour they have booked. Many archaeological sites involve walking on uneven terrain and steps. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please contact us before booking.
6. Liability
Greece Athens Tours acts as a tour organiser and accepts responsibility for the proper performance of the services described in your booking confirmation.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our control, including accidents at archaeological sites, delays caused by traffic or weather, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
Participants are strongly advised to arrange adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability before travelling.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on greeceathenstours.com — including text, images, and design — is the property of Greece Athens Tours and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from a booking with Greece Athens Tours shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
